Lakeside Club Rental Agreement

  • THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY NOT A RESORT OR RENTAL COMMUNITY; HOWEVER, WE PERMIT SOME CO-OWNERS TO RENT/LEASE SO LONG AS THE CO-OWNER AND THEIR TENANTS ABIDE BY THE RULES THAT ARE DESIGNED TO ENSURE A RESIDENTIAL CHARACTER. YOUR CONDUCT WILL DETERMINE WHETHER YOU OR OTHERS FOLLOWING YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO RENT/LEASE HERE.

  • LAKESIDE CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION GENERAL RULES – Reminders
    I must . . .
    • not use barbeque grills and/or other cooking devices of any type on any decks. Cooking devices can be used 10 feet from any structure (deck, garage, building, gazebo).       Rule 2.13
    • not have motorcycles, other motorized 2 or 3-wheel vehicles, boats, jet skis, wave riders, personal watercraft, snowmobiles, or trailers on Lakeside property at any time for any reason.       Rules 3.11 and 4.5
    • drive slowly and carefully and watch for pedestrians, bike riders, and children at play.       Rule 3.13
    • moor any canoe, kayak, or other permissible watercraft to a buoy that is securely attached to the lake bottom, by a method other than an auger.       Rule 3.14
    • not leave bicycles unattended on common areas or stored on decks or inside units.       Rules 3.6, 3.7
    • not park more than two vehicles on Lakeside Club property and will display parking passes on dashboards       Rule 4.5
    • not access the clubhouse or use the exercise equipment.      Rule 4.6
    • not bring any pets, including emotional support animals, onto Lakeside property at any time.       Rules 4.11, 5.1
    • not bring or use firearms, fireworks or other combustible devices on Lakeside property.       Rules 6.2, 6.3
    • observe quiet hours—10 PM to 8 AM -- when outdoors on the grounds, as I enter and exit a unit and/or building, and when I am inside a unit or on a deck.       Rule 6.5
    • not play ball games on asphalt surfaces but may use lawn areas. (Exception—basketball hoop)       Rule 6.7
    • obey the specific rules for use of the amenities:
      (A) Pond and Nature Areas                Rules 6.9.1--6.9.4
      (B) Pool & Jacuzzi                                 Rules 6.9.5--6.9.16
      (C) Round Lake and Beaches             Rules 6.9.17--6.9.24
      (D) Tennis and Pickleball Courts       Rules 6.9.25--6.9.33
    • not bring any food or beverages into the pool house.       Rule 6.9.12
    • not bring glass containers on any Lakeside beach.       Rule 6.9.20
    • use Lakeside Club dumpsters for trash—one on the curve along the south drive and the other along the north drive by the maintenance building. I will NOT utilize the small dumpster in the boat park area as it belongs to a different association.
    • Renters have access to Lakeside Club amenities EXCEPT for the exercise equipment in our clubhouse.
    I agree to the above on behalf of myself, my family, and any other person on Lakeside property as my guest while I am renting/leasing a unit hereon.

  • This Rental Agreement MUST be Submitted Online to Lakeside Club Association a Minimum of Seven (7) Days in Advance of Arrival Date. Renters Will Not Be Able to Access the Amenities Without Timely Submission.
